Homelessness support groups
Our program provides trauma-informed, community-based mental health support groups for unhoused and housing-insecure individuals who face barriers to traditional care. Co-led by licensed professionals and peer specialists with lived experience, these groups offer a safe, welcoming space for healing, connection, and self-directed growth. By reducing isolation and fostering peer support, we build collective resilience and trust while making sure to honor each participant’s autonomy and lived experience. Participation is open and voluntary.
Creative expression
Our Creative Expression Workshops offer a healing path that goes beyond words, using art, writing, and other hands-on creative practices. Designed for those who may not feel ready to share their stories out loud, these workshops invite participants to process trauma at their own pace through drawing, journaling, collage, poetry, and more. Each session supports emotional release while nurturing confidence and self-worth, culminating in meaningful, tangible creations. In a society that often overlooks people experiencing homelessness, we center beauty and authorship so that we can helpparticipants reclaim their identity and imagine new futures.
Faith
We’re currently developing faith-based workshops in partnership with local churches to offer a space for spiritual reflection, healing, and connection. Open to all backgrounds and beliefs, these sessions will invite participants to explore purpose, forgiveness, and resilience through a faith-informed lens. More details will be shared as this new program takes shape.
